Tourette syndrome (TS) is a condition of the nervous system, it causes people to do sudden and unintended twitches, body movements, or sounds and words repeatedly. Data display that TS is more prominent during childhood, and usually improves later, but basically does not disappear with age.
抽动秽语综合征 (又称妥瑞症) 是一种神经系统疾病，它会导致人们突然、无意识地抽搐、身体运动或反复发出声音。数据显示，妥瑞症常在儿童时期出现，以后会有所改善，但基本上不会随着年龄的增长而消失。
I have co-existed with Tourette syndrome (TS) for fifteen years. After the most confusing and difficult period of my adolescence, I seemed to have figured out how to live with it. However, I still know very little about TS. So this time I looked back at what happened to me, hoping to gain a deeper understanding and to help others who might have the same experience as I did.

Habit reversal training(HRT) is a therapy that can be effective in treating TS. For the adult with TS, when it becomes easy to control tics, the stress from outside and inside would be reduced obviously.

This small pillow utilizes Arduino programming to convert pressure into actionable feedback via a vibration module and air pump. when the tag on the pillow resumes its flatness, metaphorically representing the alleviation of tic symptoms.
